when I receive a new Email after 2 minutes outlook put the email as Read. how
I can change that ?

Are you previewing the message in the Reading Pane? Click
Tools>Options>Other>Reading Pane and adjust the time Outlook will wait before
marking a message as read when viewed in the Reading Pane.
