Has anyone a clue as to why outlook 2003 WILL NOT, pull
from the contacts list for emails. None of the settings
outlook 2002 are listed to force outlook to use my contact
list. And thier online help SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
Been trying to forward an email to a friend who is listed
in the contact list, but when I tell outlook to find, NO
NAMES EVER APPEAR.
Please anyone, I do need some help before I ship this damn
software back to microsoft on fire

OK, the instructions below need to be changed abit, you
must click on the contacts folder showen on the Navagation
bar to get to the contacts list. It then shows at the top
of the page any and all contact lists associated with your
pst. The only problem I found, is that it does not show
you the actual location of the pst file so if you have
multible pst's you don't have to guess to find the correct
one. All previous versions of outlook showed you this in
the properties of the contact list.
If you have more than one, you will need to choose each
one and then try to forward or send a message from
outlook, not the contacts list to see what it actually
shows. Thanks for the help in locating this setting
