Outlook 2003

Hi -

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5 and have
Outlook set in cached mode. I noticed with the heavy
onslaught of viruses lately that once in a while one will
sneak through and then dissappear all of a sudden. Is
there a risk to the virus being opened at this point? We
have NAV for Exchange running and this is only happening
in Outlook 2003 Cached Mode.
