I have a brand new Dell Laptop. We are running Exchange
2000 and Outlook 2003 in cached mode.

I have a very random problem that occurs when opening up
attachments like Excel Or Word documents.

Doesn't seem to have any pattern. It will take up to 30sec
to open a 114k file but then take 1 sec to open a 1mb
file.

Has anyone seen this behaviour?
