Outlook 2003

My boss wants to share his calendar and contacts with
me. He has Outlook 2000 and I have Outlook 2003. We
have been unable to do this since I got 2003. We are not
on an exchange server, but could do this before without
being on an exchange server. Is it still possible?

You were probably using Net Folders when both of you were using Outlook
2000. Unfortunately, Net Folders was discontinued as of Outlook 2002. For
