KitKat

Receive message when attempting to insert sound or video
into email message:

"This object was creatd in HTML InlineSound Ctl. This
application is not available to open this object. Make
sure the applicatin is properly installed and that it has
not been deleted, moved, or renamed."

Ran Detect and Repair - no luck

Also when attempting to use created stationery with sound
and scrolling there is no sound and nothing scrolls.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciately.
