When I try to open Outlook 2003, it attempts to start, then my screen
resolution alters and the message 'The extension configuration file
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office11\ADDINS\msspc.ecf could not be installed.
There is an error in the syntax or format of the file.' Uninstalling and
reinstalling Office 2003 does not make any difference. My computer is set up
for two users, and it's only my part of it which has this problem. The other
user can open Outlook without problems. Help would be appreciated.
