Outlook 2003

I have Windows XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro installed in my
PC. I have one annoying problem with Outlook 2003: many
times, when I open the program, at the time the e-mails
start to be downloaded, the program shuts down. I try
several times and it closes down. If I try to click
quickly on a folder like Contacts, the program holds on,
downloads the mails and everything is fine! The same
happens when I try to see the Properties of any folder
such as Contacts. The program shuts down immediately!

Can anybody help?

Thanks

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Daniel Neto asked:
