How do I configure
Outlook 2003 to automatically get my email for me?
i hate doing it by hand!!

Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send/receive button. Set it for no less than
every 10 minutes or you will get errors.

Tools-Send and Receive-Send and Receive settings-Define send and Receive
Groups (I think - I'm not on Windows at this moment!) At the bottom you
will see a function to allow Outlook to send and receive email at regular
times - set a time there (not less than 10 minutes is the preferred option)
and then Outlook will a) collect email at startup, and b) send and receive
at the interval you set as long as outlook is open.
