Outlook 2003's find feature not working

Hi,

We have a couple of users in the office that upgraded to
Outlook 2003 and our mail server is running E2K. For some
odd reason the "find" feature doesn't seem to work with
those users that upgraded to Outlook 2003.

Any pointers?
