Outlook 2004 upgraded file from XP

Hi,

Got a problem with Outlook 2004. I have upgraded from Office XP to 2004.
It found the outlook file and I thought everything was ok. BUT
Now when I look at my mails in the inbox and close outlook, open it again
and all the mails have gone.
If I do a search in all folders I can find them.

Please can someone help???

When you do a search for all folders and find them what folder are they
located in? OUTLOOK 2004 has the Inbox as well as the UNREAD MAIL folder.
Once a mail message is looked at it removes itself from the UNREAD folder,
but will still be in the inbox.

Is outlook set to open the UNREAD folder first by chance? That would explain
you looking at the mail, then they being gone when you open it next time.
