Outlook 2007 Ask which folder to file a sent email to.

Is there a way to make Outlook 2007 ask me which folder I want to save a sent
email into? I have many different folders and I file all of my email. I
would like for Outlook to ask me which folder to save the sent email into
instead of having to use the Options, Save Sent Item, Other Folder options.
I cannot use rules to do this since I frequently save email to or form the
same people to different folders. I also receive and send email to so many
different people and groups that I just cannot use rules to do this unless
there is a rule to force Outlook to ask which folder to save the email into.
