Arrrr!
I installed Outlook 2007 a few days ago and didn't notice that it
automatically (without any prompting) imported pop account settings from
Live Mail. It imported email account settings and created "personal folders"
for storage of the messages.
I didn't notice that Outlook was polling the pop server and I thus missed a
number of messages - I was using Live Mail to check the pop servers and
because Outlook removed the messages from the servers Live Mail found
nothing there.
I've uninstalled and re-installed Outlook (out of curiosity) and it has done
the same thing again - again with no prompting.
Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a known problem?
