Outlook 2007 BCM backup options/procedures

I have Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed. Before I
start going crazy putting in all my data, I wanted to find out about
the procedures for backing up and restoring that data. ("Blessed are
the pessimists, for they hath made backups.") I didn't see anything
specifically indicating "backup" per se, but I did see an
import/export item. Will that suffice as a decent backup method or
should I look for other options?

BCM can you database backups and restores, in addition to import and
export. It's explained in the Help section.
