Outlook 2007 Calendar

I want to be able to go back and find past appointments, meetings, etc. It
doesn't appear that I can do that. Is it the way I have the program set up?
or is this just not possible.

Open / View the calendar and select whatever date / month you require

Unless you deleted or archived them, Outlook retains older events forever.
