Hi, I've been looking through the posts and have tried the suggestions
offered for what seems to be a similar problem with no success. My company
just updated us to Office 2007 running on XP. In Outlook when I go to Tools,
Options, Mail Format, Stationary & Fonts, my font for creating new emails is
Verdana size 10. When I click on New to create a new email, Word 2007 opens
(same process as Office 2003) and the Font is Arial 12. In the new message
screen I have saved a Style with Verdana 10 and chose set as default. Close
the message, click new and it opens again as Arial 12.
Opening Word 2007 on its own shows Verdana 10. What am I doing wrong?
