Outlook 2007 - How to change the default form?

First of all I will apologize as I am a complete virgin at customizing forms.
A friend shared this form with me and I would it to become my default
contact form (when I press NEW CONTACT).

Please advise!

Thanks!
Connie

Hi Diane,

Thanks for such a quick response. I was able to publish it but I don't know
where I should be to right click the contact folder to choose properties and
then select new form. Sorry for such a basic question but I do appreciate
your assistance.

Great, thanks!

One other question, is there a way to send an already existing email to the
categories (instead of creating a new one).

I am trying to send a newsletter that I created in publisher. To send that
newsletter, publisher creates the email document. Besides copying and
pasting, is there another way to send the newsletter to the contacts in a
category?

right click on your default Contact folder. if you have more than one,
you;ll need to set it as default on each contact folder.

Create a view using the category you want, remove all the fields except
email address, select all and paste into the to line of the email publisher
creates.
This should give you the general idea of what to do:
