Outlook 2007 Rule dose not work on aditional pst

Hi,
I have a rule in outloo2007 that sends all new email form a given account to
a secondary personal folder (PST). when a new email comes in I get a "cannot
move to the XXXXXX folder"
I created a new pst, same thing.!

Any ideas?
