OutLook (2007) will only start in Safe Mode.

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues.
Outlook loads in Safe Mode whenever there were issues when Outlook closed.
Once Outlook closes normally, it will start normally as well.

Did you already rebooted your computer?
Which addins do you have installed?

Hi Roady, thanks for the prompt reply. I started having problems with
Outlook after i installed MagicJack. After the install, everything was
working fine until I shut down the computer to do an errand. When I
rebooted, that's when the "safe" mode message came on. I'm hoping you can
help troubleshoot.

I'm not familiar with that software, but if it integrates with Outlook and
causes Outlook to malfunction, Outlook will disable the addin and give you
the Safe Mode notification.

See if the following key exists in your registry and if so, delete it;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Resiliency

It will then will start in Normal mode again when you restart Outlook/your
PC.

Otherwise, uninstall the MagicJack software and see if it works again now.
