Outlook 2k corporate mode

Is there a way to install the Outlook 2k corporate mode if one has lost the
CD? I tried to switch, was prompted for the CD and am now stuck in limbo,
unable to complete the switch or go back to the way things were. I have
plenty of Office XP and Office 2003 CDs, but the 2k CD is packed up in a box
somewhere.

Update: I have found an office 2k small business CD but the outlook was
installed from an office 2k professional CD. Is there any way to get this
to work?
