Outlook 2k mail attachements

I can't send mail with an attachment or an inserted
picture. I've disabled my McAfee and tried it. I've
changed mail settings - HTML/Rich text, and nothing. I
can send it using my ATT webmail site without any trouble.
What do I need to look for? Settings, etc in Outlook?
