Outlook 2k7 "Other Calendars"

The "other calendar" that people use is a shared meeting calendar on exchange
public folders. This calendar is constantly disappearing. This happens for
many users in our Org

1 - where is this feature controlled (what file/location)

Anything I can do to fix this?
