Outlook 98 hangs when closing

Outlook 98 on a WY2k sp4 workstation.

When I try and close Outlook, it hangs while trying to close and then have
to use task manager to end task it.

I have 2 mailboxes "open" in the tree pane, mine and a
colleagues...Connecting to our Exchange 5.5 server.

Can anyone advise or point in the right direction. Or let me know if I need
to post further info.
