Outlook 98

Hi,

Please can you help me on Outlook 98, I am unable to send
mail to some recipients and getting the following message
rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org.

This error only occurs on some of my mails, I can send
mails in all other areas fine.

mails in all other areas fine.

It means that the routers serving those recipients are blocking your
messages because their coming from a black-listed source.
