Some users use a program which accesses their Outlook
mailbox. On win98 machines when they click attach email
a notification pops up asking for access. Ever since
upgrading to windows XP, that notification does not pop.
Instead it stays in the taskbar and Outlook gets
highlighted in orange and blinks. Is there anyway to
make this notification pop up again??
