Outlook address autocomplete feature gone missing.

I have just lost all entries in my address autocomplete option in Outlook. I
have returned to my workstation after three days and it is like it has been
reset with only options for the addresses I have sent to today...... Any
ideas on how to recover all previous entries????? ......Help
