Outlook and Business Contact Manager

It is my understanding that Office Pro 2003 included the Business Contact Manager. After installing Outlook, I could see no difference between Standard Outlook 2003 and Pro Outlook 2003.

How do I get the enhanced version which includes BCM?

You need to install BCM from the separate CD that comes in the Office Pro or
Small Business Edition package.
