Outlook and Common Database

Can two copies of Outlook be attached to a common database on a LAN (my
home LAN has all of two computers)? Outlook Express does not permit.
Thunderbird permits although there is no record locking so only one
computer may access at a time.

If you mean the pst data file, network access is not recommended/supported
by MS neither would you be able to access at the same time.
You would probably have to change OL to Exchange mode in order to accomplish
this.

Not too bright - had not search Google properly and once I corrected I
found you cannot share the pst files, no provision is made for file
locking and there are dozens of software programs for sales providing
various sharing features - see:
