I have a user (Windows XP accessing Outlook 2002). When
he receives a .jpg file, he cannot open it. He will
double click on it and it gives a message box "Cannot
locate selected File". However, if he receives other
files, ie Word, Excel, etc. not a problem. Also if he
right clicks on the file, he can save on his drive and
them go to the folder he saved it in and open it. This
just happens when he's trying to access a .jpg file from
Outlook.
Any ideas?
