Outlook and Optimum Online

N

Nancy Concia

I just installed Optimum Online and when I did it deleted the things in the
action toolbar and it also deleted the send and send and receive e-mail
buttons off the toolbar. I tried my hardest to get it back on there but it's
not working. Any ideas anyone?

Pardon for asking but you do mean Outlook, not Outlook Express?

Try renaming outcmd.dat to .old and restart Outlook. All the Toolbars will
reset then. The default location for this file is:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
