Outlook and Outlook Express password

I have used both Outlook and Outlook Express and both of
them keep prompting me for my password when
sending/receiving mail, even though I enter it and check
the box to remember it. What gives???

I have the same problem & I've tried reading everything possible, but no luck yet.
I have 4 accounts & I use Outlook 2002. I also have Windows XP Professional.
And, it's so annoying everytime I start up Outlook I have to type the passwords again & again.
AND, YES, I checked the "remember Password" box !!!

Have you had any luck resolving this problem??
