Could anyone tell me informaton about the lastest version

Basically, Outlook is more of an email client and data management tool more
useful in the business environment or for someone with a lot of contacts and
a lot of collaborative work. This does not mean that home users can't or
shouldn't use it. I do. There are a lot of bells and whistles; however, it
is not a newsgroup reader.

Outlook Express, on the other hand, is a very capable email client and
newsgroup reader which seems to fit the needs of most home users. The
following sites will let you know a lot more.

To put it slightly more succinctly - Outlook is a PIM with email capability.
