Outlook and Project Server -

I have a piece of equipment set up as a work source. How do I connect
with Outlook to show meetings as tasks in Project Server. I'm using
PS2003, Outlook 2007.

This functionality is not available out of the box. You'd have to develop
your own solution, or find a third party extension.
