Outlook and Windows Installer - Weird

In Outlook 2003, every time I check for mail and new messages are appearing
in the inbox, a windows installer box flashes on the screen as EACH message
comes up, so if I get 20 messages that box pops up 20 times. It flashes so
quickly that you cant really see anything except that it is a Windows
Installer box.

Any ideas?
