Outlook as e-mail manager

I have freeserve broadband and would like to know if
Microsoft Outlook can be configured to be the e-mail
manager and if so where can I go to find out how to
configure it.

First you need to get the server addresses from Freeserve. Once you have
those, you can go into the Help menu in Outlook and get instructions for
setting up a new mail account.
