you can do this 2 ways via control panel>mail or while in outlook.
controlpanel>mail>E-mail accounts
select view or change existing e-mail accounts>next
select your email account (will select the account at the top of the list by
default)>change
click more settings sekect security tab on the next menu
uncheck the box under "user identification" that states "always prompt for
user name and password.
