Outlook Attachments

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 SP4 PC in my office with Office XP SP3 on it. The
user with this PC states that opening attachments takes a long time.
Everytime I visit this machine it works just fine. I did notice two errors
in her log files,

Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}', feature
'WORDFiles' failed during request for component
'{8E46FEFA-D973-6294-B305-E968CEDFFCB9}'

and,

Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}', feature
'ProductFiles', component '{66CD2C91-2A15-4DA4-BBD2-5EC1075F3C0E}' failed.
The resource 'HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pip\' does not exist.

These errors keep on reappearing everytime an attachment is opened. I've
tried 'Detect and Repair' and even reinstalling the last patch, those quick
fixes do'nt work. Although, if I change her account from Local User to
Local Administrator then the log files showing these two errors do not show
up, but I hate to leave her as a Local Admin just so I can work around this
error.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Thanks in advance,

JeffH
