Outlook Attachments.

I keep getting all my attachments in new message's appear
in the writing plain and not in the tool bar next to
subject. In replys the attachment is in the right place.

If it attaches in the writing plain no one can open it.
how do i get it to attach in the right place????

Don't use Rich Text format for the messages -- use HTML or Plain Text
instead.
