Outlook - Auto completion of email names

When I use Outlook Express at home it automatically completes email addresses as I type them.
Yet, on Outlook from the office it doesn't do that.
And I cannot find the options tab to tell the system to do that.
Can anyone help me figure out this seemingly simple problem
