Outlook background

Does anyone out there know how I can set up Outlook so
that stationary or backgrounds will display properly when
something other than Outlook is used? I can get the
stationary to work correctly as long as I am using
Outlook. When I try to send an email to a different
account, (hotmail or yahoo)the background does not
display properly. Thanks in advance for any help that
anyone can provide.
