Outlook BCM only?

I have Office 03 SBE. I have the Office 07 upgrade, but only want to install
Outlook 07 w/BCM to replace my 03 Outlook version.

Is it possible to install only that program without the whole suite? The
opening dialog box doesn't seem to offer that choice.

Yes you can but you should be aware that mixed versions of Office lack some integration, such as mail merges and sent to from Office applications.
