Hi
After installing Wanadoo broadband software, Outlook has become very
unresponsive. What I mean by this is when you click on an email and it
appears in the preview pane, the screen goes white and outlook hangs for a
couple of minutes. The email then appears. This is the case when preview pane
is switched off and I try to open the email by double clicking it.
I uninstalled the broadband software but the problem still persists.
A similar problem occurs with MSN. Any ideas what to do. I tried
reinstalling MSN but the problem still occurs.
