I get email from a co-worker that might send me a file, but Outlook Blocks
the file from comming thru. how do I fix this.

Outlook Express is a component of Internet Explorer. The
Outlook Express gurus hang out here:

It's there to protect you from potentialy harmfull files, change the file
type (the characters after the '.') before sending, then change it back on
receipt.
