This is a long post, so please be forgiving. I really
would like to know how to do the following, help please
-Exchange 2000 with users using Outlook 20002002 in a
Domain Environment.
1.) Is it possible to have a Master "Location" list for
the Meeting Scheduler? My users are able to type in a
location once they open the meeting scheduler, but I am
hoping there is an option for me to create a Master list
so all they have to do is click the "drop down" and see
all 25 rooms.
2.) Can the location drop-down have all the possible rooms
with a corresponding color?
3.) I'm lead to believe that I can only have "appointment"
specific colors in 2002, is this correct? Does that mean
Outlook 2002 andor/Exchange2000?
