Outlook cannot open after updates - desperate need help

After installation of updates (below) and booting of the server, no one can
open Outlook anymore and get the error message "Cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set of folders could not be
opened." Before the updates everything worked fine.

I saw this article but I diden't understood the no. (1) in the resolution
section. Where are the pages "...Change Office User Settings page (page 10 of
24),...".
