Outlook client freezing up, but OWA works fine

This has been puzzling me for quite a while now. I have a
few users who's running Outlook2000. Their Outlook lock
up everytime they try to connect or browse throught their
Inbox, Calendar etc. However, if they connect through
OWA, they don't have such problems. Any thoughts?
