Please help. Can't find any explanation or solution.
Off and on, when I open an email to read it and then
click on the "x" to close it, Outlook itself will
completely close, rather than only the email itself.
Also, if I highlight an unopen email, for example in my
inbox and then delete using the "x" in the tool bar (as
opposed to right clicking), that email will delete as
well as the next two or three after it. These problems
do not happen all the time, but more often than not.
It's getting frustrating to say the least! Does anyone
know what may be causing it and how to stop it? Thanks
for any help anyone can offer.
