Outlook connection issue

HI:

I have Exchange 5.5 installed and a few clients running
outlook on 2000 Professional, NT Workstation and XP, when
trying to send and e-mail, the client get a box with the
following:

Outlook is trying to retrieve information
from "SERVERNAME".

Does anyone knows how to resolve this.
