Outlook Connector

Outlook Connector pops up whenever I start Outlook when I am plugged into my
DSL line. I don't use it, and I would just as soon not have it delay my
access to my calendar and contacts. How do I disable it?

Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Remove it.
