outlook contacts and mail files

I installed xp pro sp2 over my old win98se os. I cannot locate my old
contacts file nor the old folders and mail from outlook 2k.

Does anyone know the names and locations of the files under 98se so I can
hopefully find them and move them into the new install of Outlook under xp?

account will be deleted without reading.
